By submitting a ticket, you consent to IT personnel accessing your system, where necessary, for troubleshooting purposes. All data handled will be treated according to the ChocoLuxe Data Privacy Policy. Your session's unique ID is stored locally in your browser for history tracking only.
3. Urgency and Response Time
Response times vary based on the selected urgency level. High-urgency tickets require an immediate inability to perform core job functions. Misclassification of urgency may result in slower resolution times.
4. Misuse
Any attempts to compromise the system or submit frivolous/malicious tickets will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, in accordance with ChocoLuxe HR policy.
